Hi, we are Carmen and Eva!
When we met back in 2018, we discovered that we share a lot in common, even though we are two completely different women. On the one hand, the desire to powerfully connect with our female bodies and cycles. On the other, the passion for supporting other women to live a meaningful, more pleasant, heart-centered life.
We became good friends, learned from each other, and eventually felt the call to put our gifts together and make magic.
That’s how The Heartful Woman project was born ❤
At the core of this project is our devotion to helping other women reclaim their female well-being holistically. We heartfully believe that women should take an active role in their well-being, and we’re here to help you unlock your inner power from a place of self-love and compassion.

FAQ’s:
How much time will I need to invest in the course?
To make the most of it, you’ll need around 2.5 – 3 hours a week. But you can certainly go at your own pace. The materials will be there, waiting for you!
How is the course delivered?
The course is divided into 8 video lessons, 4 asana videos and 4 meditations accessible through an online course platform, which you’ll get access to as soon as you make your payment. Interactions and conversations will happen in The Heartful Woman Community’s private Facebook group.
What if my cycle is irregular, or I don’t have a period at the moment?
If this is your case, understanding how your cycle works is even more important for you, so welcome! Tracking your cycle can help you to identify what could not be working for you at the moment. All menstrual experiences are valid and highly appreciated.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! You can divide the course fee into two monthly installments.

Meet The Heartful Woman founders:
Carmen Lorenzana
Carmen is a menstrual cycle educator and coach based in Helsinki. For the past four years, she has studied all things related to the Menstrual Cycle and female hormones with a lot of passion and curiosity. She is certified in Menstruality by Red School and Life Coaching by the World Coaching Organization. Currently, she’s training to become a Fertility Awareness Educator with FEMM.
She leads an initiative called “Love Your Cycle,” created to help other women to have a positive menstrual experience. As part of Love Your Cycle activities, she organizes talks and workshops and gives one-to-one menstrual coaching sessions.
She’s also the founder of “Bajo la Carpa Roja,” a project dedicated to spreading menstrual cycle education in Latin America.

Eva Kiviluoma
Eva Kiviluoma is a 500-hr Purna Yoga Teacher from Helsinki. Her passion is to empower women and men to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
Eva was trained by Tove Palmgren (2.000RYT; one the most experienced yoga teachers in Helsinki) and Yoga Master Aadil Palkhivala, co-founder of Purna Yoga and known as “the teacher of teachers.”
In her classes and lectures, Eva creates an atmosphere that welcomes you to see yourself sincerely. She offers practical tools for a more balanced and inspired life.
Eva also works with therapeutic-grade essential oils from Young Living. She recognizes the importance of reducing synthetic chemicals in daily life with essential oils and offers workshops and classes on the topic.
