Welcome to carmenlorenzana.com. By accessing this website, purchasing our courses, or enrolling in coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Carmen Lorenzana is a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator and Cycle Coach, not a medical doctor, gynecologist, or licensed therapist.

All content provided on this website, in the Cyclical Entrepreneur course, in 1:1 coaching, and in workshops is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions (such as PCOS, Endometriosis, or Infertility).
  • Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website.

3. Digital Products & Refund Policy

Courses & Downloads

Due to the digital nature of our products (such as the Cyclical Entrepreneur course), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted, as the content is delivered instantly.

Workshops

Tickets for in-person workshops are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person with prior notice, at our discretion.

4. 1:1 Coaching Policy

Cancellations

We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Commitment

The Cycle Coaching Journey is a partnership. Results depend on your commitment to the process and the practices discussed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including course videos, workbooks, branding, and text, is the intellectual property of Carmen Lorenzana. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for your personal use. You may not share, copy, resell, or redistribute our materials to third parties.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. EU Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online.

Digital Content Exception

By purchasing and accessing our digital courses, you:

  • Explicitly consent to immediate access to the content
  • Acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once access is granted

This is because digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed. This exception is permitted under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law:

  • Carmen Lorenzana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be:

  • Notified via email for significant changes (if you're a customer)

We hope to resolve any issues amicably. If a dispute arises:

  2. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days
  3. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Finland

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
